From inception to completion, we collaborate closely to bring your vision to life. On the day of the event, our team will be on-site to oversee the production and manage vendor expectations. We remain committed throughout the duration of the event, ensuring that you and your guests enjoy a truly memorable experience.

*We currently are only servicing corporate events of 100-150 people for 2025.
The P&P Process

Submit an inquiry through our contact form! Please include your event date, the potential venue location, your estimated guest count, and any other details you'd like us to consider. We look forward to assisting you with your special day!

We aim to respond within 48 business hours. If your chosen date is available, we will reach out to schedule a phone consultation with you.

Following the phone consultation, if you choose to proceed, we will tailor your package to suit your needs and send it over for your signature. Once signed, Petals and Pearls will start planning your luxurious event!
