The ESSENTIALS Package
The Essentials Package will offer wedding day management services. You’ve handled the planning, now let us handle the management of all your day of ESSENTIALS!
Wedding day management is a perfect option if you want to plan majority of your wedding but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect day!
What’s Included:
10 hours onsite with 1 Lead Planner and 1 Assistant the day of your wedding.
3 pre - wedding consultations.
Facilitate wedding rehearsal.
Supply vendor recommendations and wedding checklists.
Construct a detailed wedding day timeline.
Coordination and assistance with the setup of the ceremony and reception.
Ceremony and reception set up of wedding accessories, such as party favors, guest book, and programs.
Act as point of contact for all wedding vendors before and the day of.
Coordination of ceremony and reception processionals and recessionals.
Assist the guests and wedding party as needed.
Complete post-ceremony cleanup.
Provide a wedding day emergency kit.

The PARTIAL Package
So, you might have begun your planning process, no worries!! We will work to finalize and tie up loose ends. This package is for the hands-on bride. We will take your event from PARTIAL to complete!
Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full-Service Package.
What’s Included:
Venue site walk-through around 90 days prior to the event.
Design of the venue floorplan.
Unlimited wedding consultations.
Confirmation of vendor orders and rentals, send catering final numbers of guests.
Construction of your full wedding day timeline which includes vendor timeline, wedding party timeline and photo timeline.
All details from the wedding day management package are included.

The FULL SERVICE Package

What’s Included:
Full-Service Planning is perfect for the couple who is looking for a custom tailored, highly personalized wedding planning experience. We will cover everything from venue and vendor selection to the day of coordination!!
Your wedding day will be uniquely planned and completely stress-free.
This package includes 3 venue site visits when sourcing venues.
We take a limited number of full planning clients each year to ensure each couple receives the highest quality of service. Please inquire early!
