So, you think your a Wedding planner?

Yes!! I woke up one day and I decided to be a wedding planner. I do not know if I watched more Disney movies then I should have but I have always been the hopeless romantic. Some of my favorite movies are Beauty and the Beast, Me Before You, Love and Basketball, Best of Me, and Rebecca (Alfred Hitchcock - Must watch). I love when there is joy and happiness in the end.

Every story should have at least one happily ever after, and I love helping to create that memory for my couples. A small entry into their fairytale, whether over the top or simple and chic. I never had a plan on how this would work ten years ago, I just knew I loved doing it. I loved it so much I planned events and weddings for free!!!! FOR FREE!! OMG!

I have worked as a freelance florist team member, assisted photographers, and worked alongside caterers in hopes of learning every aspect of the wedding industry. I have so much respect for my vendors, I won’t even sit and eat during the receptions until they do.

I woke up one day almost ten years ago and I had just assisted on my first wedding (Thanks for the connect Melissa!) And all I could think about was being a wedding planner. Just like Sister Mary Clarence said in Sister Act II - If you wake up and that’s all you can think about, then you're a wedding planner.

So yes, I am a WEDDING PLANNER! And this is my journey, so come along for the ride…
